Lost In 'Anthems' Pt 1 - Danny Jarvis
'Lost In' is a music project ran by Danny Jarvis. This mix is taken from the 6 Hour Live Mix on 28.12.2020 and features the anthems that emerged from over 1000 tracks played during the weekly 'Lost In' extended live streams in 2020.
The original mix series, dating back to 2015, was a musical travelogue of influences and experiences enjoyed whilst traveling around the globe. Each mix was titled after the city visited to reflect the emotions and culture experienced while staying there.
During 2020, the UK went into Lockdown due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. To create a positive beacon of hope and togetherness during this time 'Lost In' became an online community centred around live streams each week on a Thursday.
Lost In reflects the truly global nature of the electronic music scene today. The community is made up of people from all over the globe who tune in each week and party together online. Genres are unapologetically fused together with the core ethos of the music-centred around emotion and energy from breaks, deep house, techno and everything in between.
